Support
TalkWithStrangerCam support is one email address that handles payments, reports and bugs alike. A good message gets a useful answer faster, so this page lists what to put in it.
[email protected] · No forms

Send everything to [email protected]. There is no form and no chat bot in between: write from any email app, describe what happened, and add a screenshot if it helps. One message per problem keeps things easy to track for both of us.
Use a subject line that says what it is about, like “Coins not added” or “Report: harassment in a text match”. It sounds small, but it is the quickest way to get the right person reading it.
The basics are the same for every message: roughly when it happened, which device and browser you were using, and what you saw on screen. After that, it depends on the kind of problem, and the table below lays out what helps most for each one.
| About | Please include |
|---|---|
| Coins or VIP | Time of purchase, the item, the amount shown, and any reference the payment screen gave you |
| Reporting someone | When the match happened, the mode (Text, Audio or Video), and a short description of what they did |
| A bug | The page, what you tapped, what you expected and what happened instead |
| Your account | Anything that identifies your account on the site, such as your display name |
Never send passwords, one-time codes or full card numbers by email. We will not ask for them.
If coins did not arrive, a charge looks unfamiliar, or VIP is not showing up, write with the purchase time and what the screen said. Most payment questions are solved by matching that against the payment partner’s record.
How free matches, the Reward Center, coins, gifts and VIP fit together is explained on the coins and free matches page. It is worth a look before writing, because a lot of “where did my matches go” questions are answered there.
Report them inside the site first, from their profile or the chat, so the report is linked to the right account. Then, if it was serious, email us with the time and what happened. Block them too, so they cannot reach you again on TalkWithStrangerCam.
If you feel threatened or think someone is in danger, contact local emergency services first. The TalkWithStrangerCam safety guide covers how to skip, block and report, and which details never to share with a stranger.
Usually it is a browser permission or a weak connection. Refresh, allow camera and microphone access when the browser asks, and try another browser if it keeps failing. If none of that works, email us the page, your device and the browser version.
The step-by-step on how TalkWithStrangerCam works includes a short troubleshooting answer, and Text mode works even when your camera does not.

Getting in touch
[email protected]. It is the only support channel. Write from any email app.
No. Email keeps a written record for both sides, which matters for payments and reports. Write from any email app.
In the app first, from their profile or the chat, so the report is attached to the right account. Email us as well if it was serious or you want to add details.
Yes. Send it to the same address with a short description of what you would like and why. Say which screen it is about, so the suggestion lands with the right part of the site.
