Terms of Service

01 Who can use TalkWithStrangerCam

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. If you are younger, close the page now. We may ask for confirmation of age at any point, and we close accounts that we have good reason to believe belong to someone under 18.

You also need to be allowed to use a service like this where you live. If local law forbids it, the responsibility for using it anyway is yours.

02 What the service is

TalkWithStrangerCam pairs you with one other person at a time for a conversation in Text, Audio or Video mode, with a Next button to move on. Around that core there is a list of people online, profiles you can follow, a Messages screen, the option to message or start a camera chat with someone from their profile, a clips feed, live streams you can watch and comment on, and coins, gifts and VIP. Users cannot broadcast their own live streams.

We change features from time to time: we add things, rework them or take them away. Nothing in these terms promises that a particular feature will stay exactly as it is today.

03 You agree: how you treat other people

• Treat the person on the other side as a person. Insults, threats, slurs and pressure of any kind are not allowed.
• Do not show nudity or sexual acts, and do not ask anyone else to.
• Do not record, screenshot or share someone’s face, voice or words without their clear permission.
• Do not ask for or post someone else’s personal details, and do not try to find out who a person is offline.
• Do not promote other services, sell anything, collect money for yourself, or send links that lead people off the site.
• Do not pretend to be someone else, and do not use the site for anything illegal.
• Do not use bots, scripts or tools that automate matching, messaging or watching.

04 You agree: your account and your device

Your guest account, and any profile you build on it, is for you alone. Do not sell it, lend it or share it. You are responsible for what happens on the account, so keep your device locked if other people use it.

Everything you post, type, say or show is your own responsibility. You keep ownership of it, and you give us permission to store it, display it to the people you chose to share it with, and use it to run, protect and improve the site.

05 You agree: coins, gifts and VIP

New accounts get some free matches, and the Reward Center on the match screen can add more while you stay online. Once those are gone, each further match costs coins. Coins can also be spent on gifts. VIP is a paid subscription with its own benefits shown on the purchase screen.

Coins are a licence to use features of the site. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be moved to another account, and lose their purpose if your account is closed for breaking these terms. Prices and what coins buy can change; the price shown when you pay is the one that applies.

Payments are handled by outside payment companies under their own terms. If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact us first at [email protected] so we can look at the record together.

06 We commit: what you can expect from us

• We will run the site with reasonable care and fix problems we find as quickly as we sensibly can.
• We will act on reports. Reported accounts can be warned, limited or closed.
• We will handle your information the way the Privacy Policy describes.
• We will tell you, on this page and with its date, when these terms change.
• We will answer messages sent to support, and say so honestly when we cannot help.

07 We commit: what we cannot promise

We match strangers, so we cannot vouch for what any particular stranger will say or do. People are responsible for their own behaviour. We also cannot promise that the site will always be available, that every match will connect, or that you will meet someone you like.

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or anything that happens between users outside our control. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

08 Ending things

You can stop using TalkWithStrangerCam whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people at risk, or that we are required by law to close. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why.

The parts of these terms that by their nature should continue, such as responsibility for content you posted and the limits on our liability, continue after an account is closed.

09 Disagreements and changes

If something goes wrong, write to us before anything else; most problems are sorted out by a short conversation. If we change these terms, the new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the new version.
